KAROLINE Leavitt has shared sweet snaps of her family visiting the White House – but fans were distracted by a detail in the background.

Leavitt’s husband, Nicholas Riccio, brought their eight-month-old baby boy to visit the working mom in her role as the White House press secretary on Tuesday.

She shared pictures of the family outing on Instagram, captioning the post, “Visiting mama at work.”

The family pictures showed Leavitt, wearing the baby blue suit she wore during Tuesday’s briefing, holding baby Niko and grinning next to her husband, who wore a navy, striped suit.

Leavitt also shared a picture holding her son behind a desk on her Instagram Story.

“My sweet sweet boy,” she wrote.

The picture showed her holding up Niko, wearing a bowtie, in front of a mirror and a bulletin board.

Eagle-eyed fans quickly spotted what was hanging on the corkboard.

Two New York Post papers were displayed, along with two handwritten notes.

“You are strong and brave!” one of the notes read.

“Slay the briefing day away!” another said.

Both of the letters appeared to be written on White House stationery.

It’s unclear who wrote the heartwarming notes.

Fans were quick to show love for Leavitt’s family in the comments of her Instagram post – and also pointed out another detail in the sweet pictures.

In the family pictures in front of the White House, Niko is only wearing one sock.

“Precious!! Love one sock on. He’s a doll,” one Instagram user wrote.

“The cutest!!! He’s so proud that he managed to get one sock off,” another added.

“It’s the one sock off one sock on for me,” a third wrote.

“What an absolute cutie! He’ll grow up so proud of his mama.”

The look inside Leavitt’s family comes weeks after she shared wedding pictures, revealing an intimate look at her big day with Riccio, who is 32 years older than her.

After first keeping a low profile about her relationship with the real estate tycoon, Leavitt has warmed up to speaking about their marriage in recent weeks.

She admitted their relationship was “atypical” after they were first introduced by mutual friends, she recently said on a podcast.

They were engaged in December 2023 and married in January 2025.

Leavitt and Riccio had their son on July 10, 2024.
