Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver AJ Brown has sent out a threat online following a concerning incident.
Brown claims to have had his car stolen in Philly on Sunday night, and he has taken to social media to urge the thief to return it. The Pro Bowler promised not to press charges if the vehicle is returned, while warning that it won’t take him more than 24 hours to find the perpetrator if that doesn’t turn out to be the case.
“To whoever stole my car last night, I’ll make a deal with you,” he wrote in a post addressed to the entire city. “Bring back my car and I won’t press charges, or when I find you today, it’s going to be what it’s going to be.”
Dear Philly-
To whoever stole my car last night, I’ll make a deal with you….
Bring back my car and I won’t press charges, or when I find you today, it’s going to be what it’s going to be.
Take it or leave it my guy.

As to whether or not the car thief accepts Brown’s deal remains to be seen.

Of course, the post garnered plenty of comments, with several fans telling the wideout that such a thing would never happen to him in New England, given that Brown has been linked with the Patriots ahead of the NFL Draft, with rumors claiming a trade could take place.
Brown also set tongues wagging last week after posting a video of himself dancing while holding a Pats jersey. While much has been made of the video, he looked to be celebrating the receipt of signed jerseys from team legends Julian Edelman and Tom Brady.
The WR, who helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl in February, grew up a Patriots fan and was hoping they drafted him in 2019.
The team went with N’Keal Harry instead, while Brown was selected by the Tennessee Titans.
